Kurtopia Support & Suggestion Ticket System

Kurtopia Grid is pleased to announce the launch of our brand new Support and Suggestion Ticket System — a dedicated communication platform built exclusively for the Kurtopia community.

We have always believed that every voice in our community matters. This new system has been developed from the ground up specifically for Kurtopia to ensure that every concern, suggestion, dispute or support request is properly received, tracked and responded to — with nothing ever falling through the cracks.

What Is It?

The Kurtopia Ticket System is a fully integrated in-world and web-based support platform. Residents can submit tickets directly from within the grid using the Kurtopia Support Ticket Box located in-world. There is no need to send IMs that can get lost, post in group chat, or wonder whether your message was seen. Every submission is logged, assigned a unique ticket reference number, and personally reviewed by grid administration.

What Can You Use It For?

The system handles four types of submissions:

Support Requests — Need help with something on the grid? Whether it is a technical issue, an access problem, or something that just is not working as expected, submit a support ticket and we will get back to you.

Suggestions — Have an idea that could make Kurtopia better? We genuinely want to hear it. Suggestions are reviewed by administration and considered for future development of the grid.

Disputes — If you have an issue with another resident or a situation that needs formal attention, the ticket system provides a structured and private way to bring it to our attention.

General Issues — Anything else that does not fit neatly into another category. If it matters to you, it matters to us.

How Does It Work?

Using the system is simple and takes only a minute or two. Visit the Kurtopia Support Ticket Box in-world, touch it and follow the on-screen prompts to select your category and topic, then type your message. You will immediately receive a confirmation with your unique ticket number so you can track your submission.

When your ticket has been reviewed and answered, a response notecard will be delivered directly to you in-world — even if you are offline at the time of the response. You will never miss a reply.

Prefer to write a detailed message in advance? You can also simply drop a prepared notecard directly onto the ticket box. The system will guide you through categorising it and will forward it to administration automatically.

What Happens After You Submit?

Every ticket is received into our administration portal where it is reviewed, prioritised and responded to personally. You will receive a direct in-world response notecard containing the full reply along with instructions on how to follow up if needed. Tickets are tracked from submission through to resolution so nothing is ever forgotten or overlooked.

Built For Our Community

This system was designed and built specifically for Kurtopia. It is not a generic off-the-shelf solution — every part of it has been tailored to the way our community operates and the way our grid runs. It integrates seamlessly with our existing grid infrastructure and is maintained entirely in-house.
