Free Land Policy

As part of our commitment to supporting our members and encouraging creative and personal expression, we offer residential free land parcels as a gesture of goodwill. However, please note the following terms and conditions regarding this privilege.

  1. Privilege, Not a Right.
Access to free residential land is a privilege, not an entitlement. The provision of free land is at the discretion of grid administration and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  2. Temporary Nature.
Free parcels are not guaranteed permanently. The grid reserves the right to reclaim land due to changes in policy, land use needs, or resource management. Parcels currently offered are 1/4 region in size, but this may be reduced in the future depending on resource demands or community needs.

  3. Usage Expectations
Free residential parcels are intended for light, personal use only. To maintain overall grid performance and stability, the following restrictions apply:
❌ No NPCs (non-player characters)

❌ No breedables or automated NPC farms

❌ No clubs, venues, or event hosting

❌ No constant or aggressive sensor scripts (e.g., persistent scanners, radar systems)

❌ No server-heavy or high-lag scripts
  1. Inactivity and Abandonment
If a parcel appears unused or the owner has been offline for 3 months or more, the land will be considered abandoned. In such cases, the grid reserves the right to reclaim the land without notice. Any objects left on the land will be deleted, and the grid is not responsible for any loss of content resulting from this reclaiming.

  2. Final Notes
This policy exists to ensure that grid resources are shared fairly and used responsibly. Our goal is to maintain a vibrant, low-lag, and enjoyable experience for all users. By accepting a free parcel, members agree to these terms and acknowledge that their continued use of the land is contingent upon compliance with these guidelines.

If you have questions about what is permitted or need clarification on acceptable land use, please reach out to a grid administrator before proceeding.
